Starting Wednesday (10/19), the New Hampshire Supreme Court will start broadcasting live over the Internet. Read its announcement. Audio recordings of oral arguments have been available since June 2004.

AALL President Susan Fox announced that the 2005 Biennial Survey and Organizational Characteristics is now available for free in the members-only section of aallnet.org. Print copies will be available for purchase.
LLNE will be offering scholarships to the Fall meeting, Law, Nature & Gifts from the Sea.
